We operate a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and NHSS 3, maintaining full traceability of our products from their initial source of supply through to despatch to the customer.

ISO 45001 specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety management system. This standard provides a framework which enables us to systematically assess hazards and implement risk control measures, leading to reduced workplace injuries, illnesses and incidents.

To ensure our products conform to all relevant standards and specifications, TCB operate in-house testing equipment, including:

• Tensile testing to ISO 898-1
• Nut proof load testing to ISO 898-2
• Suitability for preloading to EN 14399-2
• Suitability test for calibrated preload to EN 14399-10
• Hardness testing to ISO 6508-1 and ISO 6507-1
