We are pleased to confirm that operations at Tension Control Bolts Ltd have resumed.
The health of our staff and customers is a top priority and following Government guidelines issued on 23rd March, we took the difficult but necessary decision to close on Thursday 26th March.
To reduce risk to an absolute minimum for our staff, we have restructured our offices and factory to ensure appropriate social distancing is maintained in accordance with Government guidelines.
Our manufacturing, despatch and office operations are now able to proceed – with some limitations – and we welcome new enquiries.
Please be aware that there is still uncertainty, challenge and delay associated with the coronavirus pandemic.
Some TCB staff are not yet able to return for medical, welfare, childcare and other reasons. Those who are able to are working remotely from home.
Our supply chain has also been disrupted, though contingency planning has mitigated against this where possible. As a result there may be extended lead times for some items, however we have already made significant progress dealing with a backlog and it is anticipated that the resumption of normal commercial business will steadily improve.
We ask that you please be patient and your enquiry will be responded too as swiftly as possible.
We will continue to monitor the situation and update this page as and when new guidelines emerge.
